Location is great for visiting Universal. The pool area is nice, but the hallways and rooms need better cleaning. Enjoyed the games room, but elevators were slow. Staff could be friendlier.

I loved the spacious rooms that had all the essentials like a microwave and mini fridge! The pool area was fantastic, with a huge shallow end perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was a dream, right across from shops and eateries – everything you need is just a short stroll away!

Avanti Palms Resort offers a fantastic location on International Drive, making it easy to access shops and entertainment. The spacious rooms, equipped with microwaves and mini fridges, were attractively priced. The pool area had a welcoming atmosphere, open until 11 PM, and was clean and well-maintained.

The front desk staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The location offers easy access to nearby attractions and free parking, which is a plus. the experience fell short. The hotel is not as advertised. We had to switch rooms due to a musty smell and unclean conditions. The communal areas clearly need more upkeep and attention. Noise from the nearby highway and thin walls added to the discomfort. Minor details like tiny soap and minimal decor can’t mask the bigger issues. This hotel could be much better with diligent management.

During my stay, I found this hotel to be in a fantastic spot, just a short drive from the Disney parks and only about a 20-minute walk to the Icon Wheel and the amazing SeaLife aquarium, with plenty of dining options like Pizza Hut and Brazilian steakhouse Cafe Mineiro on the way, making it super easy to grab a meal after a day of adventures; plus, the hotel provides free shuttles to the parks, which was a huge bonus! The hotel amenities were solid, featuring a nice pool and helpful staff, but the long check-in time and some inconsistencies with the cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.

The room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. the bathroom showed signs of mold, which detracted from the overall appeal. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room cool. Noise levels were acceptable, allowing for a restful sleep at night. While some amenities were lacking, the location was a major plus, with easy access to shuttles for Universal and Disney. Service could be hit or miss, but the staff remained friendly despite a few hiccups during check-in.

Great location with easy access to food and activities, but the experience was far from ideal. The elevator was out of service, forcing me to drag two suitcases down from the 14th floor. No response to loud music that kept me up all night. The room had issues—AC was unbearably loud, and I was placed in a connecting room with the door left ajar. I had trouble with staff responsiveness and the breakfast situation was frustrating, leaving two of us without options. Despite the property's clean appearance, the maintenance and service shortcomings overshadowed the positives.

The elevators were a nightmare! They were always packed, and with one out of service, I ended up trudging up and down 9 flights of stairs multiple times. It was exhausting, especially after a long day, and we had small kids with us.

The view of Volcano Bay is a real winner! The pool area is absolutely fantastic with plenty of spots to lounge and soak up the sun.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped and needed some TLC.

The absence of carpets in the room was a nice touch, making it feel more modern and easy to maintain. there were a few drawbacks that impacted our overall experience. The key for one of our rooms had to be reset daily, leading to frustrating late-night walks to the front desk for assistance. This was particularly inconvenient, especially after long days at the theme parks. the presence of a designated smoking area near the hotel was not appealing, as the smell of cigarettes could waft into the rooms, detracting from the overall comfort of the stay. the pool area was a highlight of our time at the hotel, offering a refreshing and enjoyable space to relax and unwind. the experience at Avanti Palms had its ups and downs.

My wife says that more children's entertainment options would enhance the stay.

Had a blast at the property , the location was spot, on, with tons to do within a two, mile radius, from a variety of restaurants to exciting activities. Kids had a great time with the pool facilities and enjoyed the amusements on, site.
The rooms didn't quite match up to the pictures, with cleanliness concerns like musty smells, dirty floors, and peeling tub sidings. Maintenance issues were evident, from non, working TVs to uncomfortable beds and moldy window shades.

Public areas are stunningly renovated, especially the lobby bar. The pool area is fantastic. My room had a great workspace. In-room dining is a treat.

Explored Universal's Volcano Bay for insane water slides & SeaWorld for epic shows. Raves and concerts in Orlando rocked. Hotel, dope location near everything. Huge rooms in the tower, vibes on point.
Bro, more lit nightlife options nearby would've been sick for party animals like us! .

Our experience at this hotel was overall very positive. The location was perfect for our family as it was close to the parks, restaurants, and other activities. The hotel had everything we needed, including a pool with towels provided, a bar and snack/lunch services, and even a Starbucks poolside. The room was accommodating with a mini fridge and microwave, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight for us was definitely the pool, which the kids absolutely loved.
That the hotel rooms were a bit older and fell short of our expectations, even considering the price. We had a small issue with the door key lock malfunctioning, which took longer than expected to resolve.
